Caramel Pecan Pie
I made this for my boyfriend's birthday, and it was half gone when I came by the next day. I also cut the sugar to a half cup, and used 1.5 cups of pecans that i toasted. I also just melted the caramels w/ a half cup of evaporated milk instead of what the recipe said to do, b/c I was more familiar w/ doing it that way. It was a hit!
