Hamburger Salad Sandwiches

Here's what I did differently: used bay scallops, did not precook scallops, added 2 minced garlic cloves while melting the butter, omitted old bay seasoning, and broiled a few minutes at the end to brown the Italian-style breadcrumb topping. Husband and I loved it so much we're gonna make it again but with chicken, maybe shrimp. I might use corn starch next time to thicken the sauce just a bit, and I will definitely use fresh spinach. Getting the frozen spinach ready was a pain, and messy! Oh yeah, and finally I'll add sliced mushrooms to make it perrrrfect.

Chocolate Pancakes

I made this as directed and loved it. If you like your chocolate-chocolate chip cookies a little mushy (like I do) you should try these pancakes. Perfect for kids!

Baked Creamed Corn II

Turkey Broccoli Bake

I used chicken instead of turkey and used only half the broccoli so I could add carrots and corn. Husband loved it, so 5 out of 5 for this one!

Spinach and Orzo Salad

The first time I made this, I stuck true to the recipe. It was delish, but I thought next time I'd only use 2/3 the orzo. When next time rolled around, I took it to work for a "team food day." EVERYONE loved it. Also, I thought my portion reduction of orzo was perfect. Afterward I was sad because there were NO leftovers. I won't make it for work again though because some of the ingredients make it pricey to serve to a big group of people. Super super yummy yummy yummy!!! Thumbs up!

Creamy Cherry Tomato Salad with Fresh Basil, Corn and Onion

I made as directed and, although I agree that the raisins are surprisingly good in here, the other flavors did not seem to mesh well. Interesting recipe - at first I couldn't decide whether I liked it or not. I've decided I would not make this again.
