Tomato Chicken Parmesan
Loved the chicken! I used tips recommened by other reviewers like adding the cheese at the end, using seasoned bread crumbs and flattening the chicken is a must. The ingredients can certainly be cut down as I also had leftovers. I like my chicken parm to be crunchy so I did not cook the chicken with tomato sauce. Rather, I served the sauce over spaghetti. The jack cheese was fantastic. I have some picky eaters and I will definitely make this again.
