Banana Pudding I
I thought the taste was great! I agree the directions on cooking the pudding are vague. The pudding thickened for me. I recommend cooking it longer than you may think you need to. I also recommend a smaller pan or doubling the recipe. One serving is not enough to fill such a large pan. I will make this again.

Wow, I wasn't expecting something this good for so few ratings. One thing I did different was melt 20 individually wrapped caramels, like I saw on another recipe on this site, into the condensed milk to give it a more true caramel taste.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
Loved the chicken! I used tips recommened by other reviewers like adding the cheese at the end, using seasoned bread crumbs and flattening the chicken is a must. The ingredients can certainly be cut down as I also had leftovers. I like my chicken parm to be crunchy so I did not cook the chicken with tomato sauce. Rather, I served the sauce over spaghetti. The jack cheese was fantastic. I have some picky eaters and I will definitely make this again.
