I am an IT gradute, and cooking is my hobby. Usually I don't have time to cook, but I try stuff whenever I can. I love baking cakes, specially if I have the time to decorate it. I also like stir fry and anything easy and quick. How we all help each other in cooking, when we are camping. This one time, I was cooking lunch for my Aunt and sister and I was pressed for time because we were hungry. I made a very quick and delicious tri-colored paste with a white cheesy sauce. It turned out to be amazing. Last year, I was making a KitKat Angel cake. I was supposed to pour the batter in the pan and then sprinkle the chopped KitKat on top, I did just that. When it comes out of the oven, the chopped chocolate should only sink to the middle of the cake. Mine sank all the way and melted, and to make it worse the batter was half cooked. The funny thing is that I made it again with the same mistake.
