I'm a stay at home mother of two young girls that are terribly picky eaters! But, it runs in the family, my husband is as bad as they are! I love to cook from scratch as much as possible, but I hate baking! I love making yummy comfort food, a nice pot roast, some old fashioned beef and noodles, spicey cajun chicken pasta, beef stew that I discovered in high school... anything warm and yummy! Not to many established yet, but I hope as my girls get older they will join me in the kitchen! Maybe my beef stew, it's amazing. Takes at least three hours to make it, but it is totally worth it! Of course, I think my husband's favorite would have to be the chicken pot pie... it was wonderful! Oh man... I tried to make pie. And I tried to make the crust froms cratch... it didn't turn out well...let's just say I worked it to death!
