I'm a mom of 1, a wife, am employed full time and spend whatever free time I can managed to squeaze out of the day in the kitchen trying out new, easy and quick recipes.
My favorite things to cook
Anything and everything. LOL I prefer to cook meals that I can freeze. Being a working mom, I don't have much time to spare when it comes to meal prep, so when i can, I like to take out a home made meal.. throw it in the oven and let it warm. No mess, no fuss. Just the way I like my weekday menus to be :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
Beginning in October of each year, I spend a whole weekend each month until the end of January making soups, stews, casseroles, and whatever else I can to fill the freezers. Its something I began doing when my son was first born. 10 years later, i continue to freezer cook and now days I have a couple great test testers to join me :)
