Simple Baked Apples
FANTASTIC, followed recipe as listed + a sprinkling of brown sugar on top. Amazing flavor, I think the fresh ground nutmeg helped. Turned out fine with 1% milk. What a great alternative to a butter-laden apple crisp. My guests were wowed with the bursting flavor of this simple dish.
