Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
This turned out awesome. I made a couple variations, but followed the recipe for the most part: I sauteed the onions in a tablespoon of olive oil to carmelize them a bit before adding them to the butter/flour/salt/sugar mixture. Also, I reduced the salt to only 1/4 teaspoon and used canned green beans with no salt added. I used sharp cheddar cheese. This will be the only way I make green bean casserole from now on!

Jalapeno Hummus
I'm eating this right now, and it's very good! I decreased the amount of tahini to 2 tablespoons and used a bit less jalapeno, and elminated the curry. This turned out pretty spicy, and I'll definitely make it again!

Banana Anna
I make this for my 2-year-old daughter without the nutmeg. She calls it banana milk, and she loves it!
