Eid days- Muslim festival after Ramadhan fasting ... stuff dates, meat loaf.. too much to mention!

Broccoli Chicken Roli
OMG!.. If ur're looking for a good appitizer , then THIS IS THE BEST!.. The taste is everything; veggie, creamy, meat flavour.. ur kids will love this and this is a way u'll get them to like veggies.. My change: I add half amount sandwich spread wid half amount mayonise. you can add a little more veggie if u like. It full u up and I know ur guest will love this.. try it!

Broccoli Chicken Roll-Ups
THIS IS THE MOST TASTEST RECIPE!.. It have everything, from a meat flavour, creamy, veggie... u have to try this ppl!... u wouldnt regret this, trust me!.. Wid a little interference I put half the amount of mustard it call for. If u have sandwich spread you can add half the amount of mayo and sandwich spread... this is great for appitizer and ur guest will love it!

Baked Spinach
This iz a nice recipe to make. But if I will bake it again, I will add some mash potatoes or sliced potatoes at the bottom. I found it was too dry, thin & cripsy. So I will add potatoes next time. After all its a good way to eat the vegetables..!
