I am a 18 year old girl. and mother of a one year old daughter, so I'm learning to cook things that she can eat...and also some things I'll enjoy as well.
My favorite things to cook
entomatadas, enchiladas, french fries, Hamburgers, a lot of baking...cakes, cupcakes cookies. I experiment off of online recipes and i've learned how to make potato wedges, and flour tortillas.
My cooking tragedies
I overbaked a baked potato once...in the microwave :starts to laugh:

Mini Cheesecakes
came out great looking,smelling and tasting!!! but i did a grahm cracker base instead by using 1/3 cup grahm cracker crumbs 1 tbs melted butter and 1 tbs sugar

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
These are such a good idea especially because I LOVE Cheese sticks, but I can never find them at the store, only one in a great while. So whenever I want them & can't find them, I can just make them myself.
