I cannot even tell you how many compliments I received on this dessert! I had several people wanting the recipe from me as well! This is a show-stopper and will really liven up the dessert table at your gathering. It is absolutely beautiful with the colors. I used the same fruits as in the picture, the kiwi, strawberries, mandarin oranges, and banana. TIP: make sure the oranges are drained and patted dry so you don't get a soggy cookie crust. I have made two of these fruit pizzas before. The other one was a different recipe and I will never use a different one that this! PERFECTO!

Great flavor...the only thing I didn't like was there was not enough mushrooms and sauce. I think it needs some chicken stock or more wine to make more gravy. Most of mine evaporated. Maybe because I made it in an electric skillet, I don't know...but all the wine evaporated. The flavor was still there though!!! I was amazed since there are very few ingredients. Most of which you have on hand, other than the Marsala cooking wine.

Scared at first, because when I tasted the red sauce mixture I thought the dill taste was too strong, but when the bechamel sauce and the red sauce are incorporated the flavor really balances out nicely. None of the seasoning was overpowering, and almost everyone had seconds. My husband is a picky eater and he wants me to make it again. The only thing I did different was use dried dill (about 1 tsp) and omitted the cilantro (just b/c I didn't have any). One other thing, I used just the regular tomato paste, so I added about 1 tbsp of italian seasoning. WONDERFUL DISH!!!
