sooooo yummy! i had never made a sweet potato pie before and decided to make one for Thanksgiving this year. i chose this recipe because it seemed simple and got great reviews. it is so good! and relatively easy to make. YUM! it does take quite a bit longer to bake than the recipe says though. i took mine out of the oven too soon and it cracked down the middle. it was still yummy though!

i have made this several times and it has been a huge hit with my family. i follow the recipe exactly. everyone loves it and is sad to see it go.

I made these cookies and while they were good, I don't think I'll make them again. They tasted a lot like traditional chocolate chip cookies, but the texture is not something I could get used to.
