Absolutely perfect!!! I made half as directed and the other half as cinnamon rolls which are in the fridge for tomorow morning. I did not have a machine so I did the following: Proof yeast in the water and sugar. Heat milk and butter. Add egg. Add yeast mixture and then salt. Mix in flour. (I had to use more that the recipe called for but it is very humid today) kneeaded for about ten minutes and then set to rise. This is for sure going in my cookbook!!!
