Grandma Johnson's Scones
Let me start by saying these taste awesome however i must have done something wrong. My scones were REALLY soft and spread A LOT. I guess I'm just used to drier, crunchier scones. I'll be making these again because the KIDS love them. They're easy to grab and go.

Tandy Cake
awesome! modified a little due to what i had on hand. used boxed yellow cake mix and chocolate chips mixed with a tablespoon of veg oil. the chocolate layer wasnt too hard at all! i used one box of yellow cake and put the batter in two 13x9 in pans. DELICIOUS! all the men i work with love me and the women hate me now bc this is so addictive:)

Cream Cheese Squares
These are really, really good! I'm planning on making this again tomorrow for my co-workers but I'm going to add some blueberry pie filling on top of the cream cheese. This recipe will be used often! Of course I did make some modifications to the recipe based on previous reviews (dont we all?!)... used 1-8oz package of cream cheese instead of 2 and half a stick of butter in place of the margarine. Make these you will LOVE THEM!!!!
