Oatmeal Maple Syrup Muffins
I followed the recipe exactly, but the muffins turned out very flat, and very salty. No one liked the flavor.

Strawberry Blue Cheese Salad
This salad was wonderful except that it had way too much blue cheese (and I love blue cheese!) Half the amount called for is plenty!

Lasagna Alfredo
I made this in a large lasagna pan after reading other reviews. The pan was perfect, but I just wasn't thrilled with the taste (followed the recipe exactly). No raves from my husband, daughter or son-in-law unfortunately.
