This is really very tasty and smells wonderful while baking. Have it in the oven as your guests arrive and their mouths will start to water! I added a tad extra butter and I melted it first in order to avoid the dry spots. I also added a sprinkle of cinnamon to the peaches. Next time, I may try some chopped nuts on top. Yummy!

Absolutely wonderful! I brought this in for an office potluck and it was gone fast! I left out the water chestnuts because I don't like them. Soooo good!

I made this for guests this past weekend and within minutes it was gone! I used the cheese and garlic croutons and added frozen chopped broccoli. The possibilities on this one are truly endless. Soooo good! Oh...I set it up the night before for a quick and easy morning meal. Add 2 extra eggs if you do.
