Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes
These are awesome, but with a few modifications: I use 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes, add 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. vanilla. I also use the batter to make waffles instead of pancakes and they turn out great, esp. after freezing and toasting.

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers
These are awesome! We like to have them for a simple weekend lunch. I usually just use provolone and pepperoni, and we dip them in warmed marinara sauce.

Cornflake Waffles with Honey Sauce
These waffles are yummy! The waffles are nice and crispy, with a sweet and nutty flavor. I didn't have any cornflakes so I used Multi-Grain Cheerios and Total and they turned out great.
