Apple Bacon Tomato Soup
Liked it very much. Next time I will cut the thin apple slices down to bite size. I made this and froze it. It was wonderful. Because I was going to freeze it I soaked the apples in warm wine, but did not cook them. I put the appples in just before I froze the soup. The apples turned out perfect after reheating, the were not mushy at all.
