Hot Feta, Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Very good. Did sub sour cream for the mayo. Will definitly make this one again. Will try marinated artichoke next time. Will update again.

Wonderful and sooooooooooo easy. I followed the recipe exactly the first time and liked them very much. Made them again for Christmas eve with a couple of changes. Set aside 2 whole escargot for each stuffing mushroom, put rest in mini chopper with garlic and 1/4 small onion . Sauteed all in the butter then put the whole escargot in the caps and poured the rest over all before nuking the second time. Sooooooooooo good.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

I have made this recipe a couple of times. It is a great recipe for left over ham. I add the ham, at least double what the recipe calls for, when the potato's are close to being done. I also double the sauce recipe.

Donut Muffins

Hubby just loved these. Said they taste like good donuts used to taste. I used a regular size muffin pan and ended up with 9. I messed up the dip by mixing all together and used it like frosting. Worked out fine. Thanks for another keeper.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

So nice to find a recipe without the can of cream soup. It is just hubby and I and I usually have to scale down most recipes. This was tasty and nice and creamy. I did cheat a little. I nuked the potatoes while making the cream sauce and only had to bake for an hour. Thanks for another keeper.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This is so good. I served it to company before even giving it the ususal (try before putting it on the guests menu). Everyone gave it a 5 even my very fussy hubby. Thanks for a great recipe Marian.

Baked French Fries I

Thanks Ashlee, so much easier than the fried potato's that are hubbies favorites. He didn't even realize that I hadn't fried them. I will be making these very often and won't tell him they aren't fried if you don't tell. Thanks again.

Pepper Steak

I had to improvise some but this dish is very versitile. I used fresh mushrooms, had to omit the waterchestnuts, had none on hand. Will definitely use them next time. This dish is so quick to make and very tasty. Thanks Jeanne for another keeper.

Spinach Quiche

Very good, but I agree it is too much butter and next time will decrease butter to 1/4 cup. I used fresh spinach and added a shredded chicken breast, I divided the ingredients between two pie shells and it was perfect. Waiting to see if the recipient of the second quiche enjoyed hers too.

Marinated Cauliflower

I did not care for this recipe. I will try it again but I am going to try blanching the cauliflower before marinating. I think that will give the dish more flavor. I found it very bland.

Cold Oven Pound Cake

Hubby & I are really enjoying this cake. It was quick and easy to prepare and so much better than a mix. I did reduce the sugar to 2 1/2 cups and was glad I did. We do not care for a too sweet anything dessert and it would have been too sweet for us with 3 cups. Just a matter of personal preference. Thanks for a keeper Etta.

Easy Cream Cheese Pie

After reading reviews, I did use 2 pkgs. of cream cheese. I also added 1 cup of fresh blueberries to the mixture and topped it with 1 cup of fresh blueberries. This was very good, quick and easy to prepare.
