This was not too good. It was WAY too liquidy with 2 cups of water, which is partly my fault because I didn't notice the "as needed" until after I added it all. Anyway, the taste was ok, but it just wasn't what I wanted.

Spider Cupcakes

These were so fun to make and my daughter's pre-k class LOVED them! I was able to find the black twizzlers at CVS, but they were way too heavy. So instead I used pretzel sticks for the legs!! They were sooo cute! Thanks for such a cute idea!

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo

This was my first time ever cooking with seafood. Recipe was very yummy. I added more half and half though so we could have more sauce, but it was delicious! Thanks for the recipe!!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Well, I over-baked my potatoes so these ended up as loaded mashed potatoes... :) They were very tasty though and we will definitely make these again!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

This stuff was DELICIOUS!!!!!! I followed the recipe exactly, except I used one and a half homegrown regular tomatoes instead of the romas. This was one of the best things I have ever cooked. I will DEFINITELY cook this again soon! Thanks for sharing this one!! :)

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

This was pretty good. I added garlic and chopped onion as most others did to the meat. I think the sauce to go over the top was awesome. I can't believe it was only chicken soup and salsa! Yum! Next time, I may try to put some of the sauce in the enchiladas in addition to on top? It was just missing something. Husband thought it was great though! I will be making this again...for sure!

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

I thought this recipe was bad. I even tried to help it with some cheese on top, but it didn't work. My husband liked it (he said about 3 stars) and my daughter even ate it. For me, it just wasn't very good. But since it got my family's approval, it for 3 stars.

Beef Stew IV

This recipe was pretty good...I did make a couple changes. I used 1 can of beef broth and 2 1/2 c. water. Also, I put more meat (2 lbs.) and used more carrots and potatoes. I also used frozen mixed veggies instead of just the corn. Next time, I won't put the frozen veggies. I also, seasoned the flour. Overall, not too bad!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

These ribs were excellent! The only change I made was instead of 2 c. ketchup, I used 1 1/2 c. and then 1/2 c. honey BBQ sauce. Delicious! Only took 4 hours too!

Sweet Potato Pie I

This is the absolute BEST sweet potato pie I have ever eaten in my life. This recipe does make 2 pies which was even better. This recipe is definitely going to be used often in my house. In fact, I have made several pies since Thanksgiving. It's just so easy! Thanks so much!

Grandma's Peanut Butter Fudge

I'm not a fan of peanut butter fudge at all and this stuff was great!! I have never made fudge before so it was kinda like a frosting consistency, but the taste was delicious! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was definitely a hit. Next time I will cook it a couple minuutes longer so it will set better. Thanks for the recipe!!

Easy Mexican Casserole

We thought this recipe was awesome! I did do as many others and added a packet of taco seasoning to the meat. I also added a little garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne-southern people love there seasonings!! I used bite-size totrilla chips and they worked out prefectly. This recipe is definitely going to be a repeat!
