We have a large family. Like the Brady Bunch. I like to cook ethnic foods. I also like to cook foods the are cost effective for a large family. I enjoy my family, dogs, outdoors, cooking, reading, and roller derby!! I like to cook Italian, Asian and Mediterranean. My mother cooked really good mama's fattening good home cooked meals. I need a good fried chicken recipe and homemade gravy. My mother past away a little over a year ago and I don't know how she did it. I love cooking Lasagna and Manicotti.
