Delicious Country Pasta with Mozzarella

The best thing I've ever eaten in my life is Nidi con Pecorino e miele- "nests" of lasagna pasta with only sheep's cheese and honey. It's simple, mildly sweet, and tastes like a heaven cloud. It can be found at a little trattoria called Pozzo Etrusco D'Arrone in Piazza Ranieri in Orvieto (Umbria), Italy.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
this tastes like sex... should! definitely chill in fridge for a while before cooking, as my first batch melted in puddles on the baking sheet. otherwise, beautiful.
