Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
Yum. A week ago we made this bread exactly as written, dividing it into a smaller loaf pan and a cupcake tin. Tonight, we "discovered" a lone cupcake still in a plastic container in the refrigerator. My husband asked if we should throw it away because he was sure it would be disgusting and dry. We each took a half and then instantly regretted sharing. Moist, delicious and wonderful.
