I used Cornflake crumbs instead of bread crumbs and added some cayenne pepper to the topping. Delish!

Lemon-Maple Butternut Squash

This is the perfect, not to sweet butternut squash recipe. It's light, and the lemon flavor is a perfect match. My mother always made our Thanksgiving squash casserole so sweet- with marshmallows and all that, and I was never a big fan. So I volunteered to make the squash this year and used this recipe. Everyone raved about it!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

This dish was incredible and incredibly easy. I made a romantic meal for my husband, and we both absolutely loved these lamb chops, and they were so quick and effortless. The recipe as-is is perfect.

Beans, Some Like It Hot!

This was great over white jasmine rice. We doubled the recipe so we could freeze some for later and used both hot and mild curry paste to give it a less subtle kick. Excellent!
