Chicken Enchiladas I

Very tasty and good. Followed the recipe except added a can of Green Chile Enchilada sauce to the bottom of the pan and left out the water.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This was recipe was simple and the taste was awesome! I also used italian bread crumbs. I topped each piece with a slice of Mozzerella cheese. Just yummy!

This was very yummy and so easy. I followed another reviewer's advice and covered the biscuits for 10 minutes with foil and then baked another 10 after removing the foil.

Wow, Wow! This is award-winning fair cobbler times 2! Made it for a 'girls' night and everyone was in heaven. Already been asked to make it again. Made exactly as directed and wouldn't change anything.

Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way

Well, not sure what happened with the pie, but it was a bit 'soupy'. I'm rating it 4 stars because the taste was still very good. Followed many people's advice from reviews, but still 'soupy'. Not sure that I will make it again.

Sour Cream Burgers

This was very good, just not excellent. The texture is more like meatloaf, but that is what I needed because my 19 year old had just had his wisdom teeth out a week before. The taste was very good also.

Manicotti Italian Casserole

This was very yummy! Not sure what casserole dish this was intended for, but it would not fit into a 9 X 13. I had to add a smaller dish for it to fit into. But besides that, my family loved this.

Parmesan Potatoes

I have made this recipe several times, but for some reason haven't rated it, yet. This is a very good recipe. Each time I make it, I season it with a little garlic and onion powder. I, too, add a little bit more parmesan - 2/3 cup total. This time I added one sliced Zuchini (sp?) and again was fabulous.

One-For-All Marinated Beef

I used this for chicken. We do not drink orange juice, but we drink pineapple, so that it what I used. Very yummy. Marinated it for about 9 hours.

Glazed Lemon Bundt Cake

WOW! WOW! WOW! This was awesome. Sometimes my bundt cakes stick to the pan, but this one just fell right out. I did add 1/4 cup poppyseeds, just because that's what my family likes with lemon. (Soak poppyseeds in the milk while gettting everything else ready). The glaze is also wonderful - I added 1/2 tsp of lemon zest to the glaze.

Honey-Lime Grilled Chicken

This was very good. Don't know what the reviewer right before me did, but I completely disagree. I added 2 tsp. of Lime Zest, which made the lime stronger, but wonderful. My entire family loved the flavor.

Emily's Excellent Taco Casserole

The only reason I am giving this a 4 star rating is because I had to altar the recipe. I only added one can of chili and I substituted 1 lb. of very lean ground beef for the other can. I sprinkled ground beef with 1 tsp. of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon each of gartic and onion powder while I cooked it. This was very yummy and tasted just like tacos!

Beefy Spanish Rice

This was very good and a nice change from a potato or noodle dish. I used 1 can of petite diced tomatoes and 1 can of diced tomatoes in sauce. I did not have celery or garlic salt. I used garlic powder and table salt.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I have made this several times already and just forgotten to rate it. This is a wonderful recipe. About 3 hours before I want to serve this, I thinly slice it and place it back into the slow cooker. This is a hit whereever I serve it. Yum!
