Classic Macaroni Salad
This was really tasty! I omitted the pimento peppers and used red onion to give it some color. The onion was really potent, so I only used half and that was more than enough. Next time I will make a little extra dressing because the salad was a little dry the next day.

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits
I followed this recipe exactly, but something wasn't right. These biscuits were okay, but they didn't fluff up nearly as much as I thought they would and they tasted like the baking soda. They weren't terrible, but I won't be making them again.

Fresh Spinach Salad
I liked this recipe, and my guests seemed to love it. I doubled it and ended up with WAY too much dressing. Next time I will double the salad part only and keep the dressing recipe the same. It was a very easy and nice addition to our cookout.
