Tex-Mex Corn on the Cob

I liked this but didn't use the called for 3 tablespoons of fresh cilantro. One was plenty.

I didn't like this. My husband said it was great but only for a change in the usual baked chicken. I found two peppers to be plenty of heat as I still needed to have my kleenex handy. I most likely WILL NOT make again.

Lazy Katie's Taco Salad

I gave this four stars only because I used catalin dressing (per other reviews)instead of taco sauce. It was very tasty and easy.

Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

I LIKED THIS RECIPE BUT MY FAMILY WAS JUST OK WITH IT. I USED REAL ONIONS. (THAT WAS THE ONLY CHANGE I MADE.) VERY EASY TO MAKE.

Rich Chocolate Brownies

I had never made real homemade brownies until these. My Dad ate half the pan within minutes of it coming out of the oven. I thought they couldn't be that good and then I ate the other half!!! Awesome chocolate fix!!
