Tim's Lamb Stew
I really enjoyed this stew, it hit the spot! I DID decrease the oil-flour mix, and it thickened up just fine without it without tasting floury. I'd suggest making it in 2 TB increments to taste, that's what I did. Slightly more time consuming, but it got me a stew that was thick without a flour taste. :)

Byrdhouse Spinach Soup
Not quite what I was expecting from the other reviews, but it was still quite good, and my boy really enjoyed it.

Crab and Swiss Quiche
Absolutely wonderful! I threw in a little garlic powder, used three eggs like many others suggested and used about a quarter teaspoon of pepper flakes and it turned out really great. I also used cream instead of milk because it was what I had on hand. This is saved to be used many more times.
