Hot Onion Dip
I served it for super bowl, and it was definitely a crowd pleaser. I used 2 cream cheeses, kept all other ingredients the same, baked it in a bread bowl, and sprinkled some cheesy crunchy onions on the top toward the end of the bake time.

Perch Fillets
I made it with tilapia & it was very good. My 6 year-old liked it too.

Overnight French Toast
Cut recipe in half and used one loaf french bread. Soaked bread for only an hour or two and then fried it in a pan to cook. Replaced rum extract with 1/4 cup Captain Morgan. Yummy and a crowd-pleaser.
