Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
Gotta Love this site. The recipee and insight on ways to improve it! This was a wonderfull recipee even though I did not have all the ingredients on hand, and had to substitute pineapple for the apple juice. I think that it actually made it better. I marinated the pork for a couple of hours, and then seasoned the meat just before putting it on the grill. The Hubbie said that it was "pretty good", which is good coming from a man who generally says nothing without being hit over the head with a frying pan! Used the extra sauce (with pineapple chuncks) on rice. Fantastic! Will make this again and again, and may adjust it for potlucks.
