Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

These turned out amazing! I followed all the tips and froze the cookie dough until it was as hard as a rock! I used my favorite cookie recipe from this site called best big fat chewy choc. chip cookies (it is amazing). Then I dipped the tops in ganache, drizzled with melted marshmallow creme, and then added just a bit of choc frosting to top it off. They are super rich and sinful and worth every bite!

Tiramisu II

Wow, this was amazing! I got so many compliments! I actually made this as a birthday "cake" for my husband because we aren't as big on actual cake. This was the perfect dessert! I used Kahlua with espresso to soak the ladyfingers in and loved it. I was also surprised at how easy it was to make this, I thought in order to make tiramisu I would need to spend hours and hours working on it! Also, I do highly suggest refrigerating overnight as well to make sure the flavor gets fully infused. I will definitely be making this again!

Sugary Orange Peel

These turned out perfect! It really did take awhile, but it is really easy to multitask. I may however use a little more simple syrup mixture because I found it a little hard to submerge all the pieces at once with such a little amount. I kept switching top for bottom in the saucepan, but this became increasingly hard as they grew very soft and easily broken. Anyways, always love a good challenge and they turned out exactly how I wanted them too. Thanks

Chewy Caramel

This turned out amazing! I am going to use this in two other recipes so I don't have to go out and buy the caramel. Also I may just leave some to have with ice cream, yum!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

I only gave this four stars because this recipe does need a few modifications. I really liked another recipe on this website, beef stroganoff II, but liked the idea of just throwing everything into my slow cooker and letting it do the work. So it was pretty good, but could use some work.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Wow, these really are amazing! I'm not much of a sugar cookie fan, but I can't stop eating these! Everyone loved these! Also, I snatched a bit of cookie dough and it was amazing too!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

These turned out great! They tasted perfect and looked perfect too! I did go ahead and use the suggestions from other comments about switching to brown sugar, using a whole cup of pumpkin and using more cinn. and nutmeg. I think the modifications were really good.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I really like this recipe and have made it my go to recipe for cookies but I did modify it a little. I had to up the flour to 2 and 1/3 cup because my cookie dough would always come out a little too soft and so the cookies would be flat. They still tasted amazing but I prefer my cookies a little cakey. Other then that, I think this is the best cookie recipe I have ever had!

Easy Decadent Truffles

Japanese Okonomiyaki

Pastry Cream

This really was amazing! It tasted amazing and was the perfect consistency that I was looking for. I mixed with just a little whipped cream for fluff and filled cream puffs with it. ( the recipe from this site - amazing) I would highly recommend this recipe!!

Cream Puffs

These turned out very well, but you really must read the comments. I had never made cream puffs before and in the directions it said to bake them on an ungreased pan. After I broke all the cream puffs from scraping them off the pan I saw a comment about how you need to use parchment paper to keep them from sticking. Other than that, before I took them off the pan, they looked amazing and they tasted perfect.

Cream Puff Cake

This is such a delicious and easy dessert! My dad used to make this when I was a kid and I was so happy to come across the recipe on here! It is even better than I remember it! I took the advise of some other bakers and spread some chocolate on before the pudding - I used ganache. It really did make a difference! I served this to friends and handed out several copies of the recipe.
