White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
Delicious basic cookie recipe! I did it with white chocolate and drained and chopped maraschino cherries instead of the macadamias. Oh my, so yummy. Perfect!! My girls loved it and so did my husband.

Scottish Shortbread I
Very yummy.. Melting in mouth and so delicate... I would add a little bit more flour and sugar. I can't wait to try this dipped in chocolate and I also plan on making these savory.

Perfect Flat Iron Steak
Very good. My husband and I really liked it. I used Madeira wine instead... all I had in hand.
