I am a nurse and have 3 children, 2 grown and one at home. Love to cook, it seems to be the center of the party and I am most comfortable there. thai food, desserts, appetizers, really anything that sounds good. Holiday cooking is where it all started, I put on a huge production. It usually takes place in the evening hours. If my family has other commitments, we do a day or two later! Holidays are a season, not a day. A thai dinner that I stumbled on in Allrecipes.com, wasn't sure if anyone would like it, and it was a hit! I am still adjusting to cooking in ALTITUDE. It is harder than I thought. Lot's of adjustments. Still haven't figured out how to bake here. Did have an Angel Food Cake fall just last week. Didn't realize that could still happen.
