Key West Chicken

This was great on the grill! I used olive oil instead and marinated for about an hour. I also brushed the extra sauce onto the chicken while on the grill. The chicken stayed juicy and flavorful. I will be making this again!

Basil Shrimp

I have made this many times -- I even prepared the marinade ahead of time and took it camping for an added treat in the wilderness. This is great on its own or over some angel hair pasta. For anyone who likes shrimp, you can't go wrong with this recipe.

Best Hamburger Ever

It may not be the "best burger ever" but it certainly was good. The second time i made it, I didn't add the cheese into the recipe ( I put the cheese on top after the burgers were grilled) and added less of the spices, since they were a little overpowering.

White Peach Sangria

I have made this several times when the weather is warm. While it has never been my favorite, guests seem to always come back for more. it is something a little different than traditional sangria, so i continue to make it.

I have made this recipe several times in bulk to take to parties and get togethers -- it gets rave reviews every time and there is never anything left. I follwed the recipe as described -- I wouldn't change a thing!

Glazed Ham

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Tasts just like my favorite Greek restaurant! Finally, I have the recipe... I used the dressing over lettuce, kalamata olives, feta and souvlaki-style chicken on the grill. Delish!

The Best Bean and Ham Soup

Delicious! I only had canned pinto and plack beans, so I washed them and and they worked just fine. I also added a large potato. I cooked the onions, carrots and celery with olive oil and a piece of bacon and then pulled the bacon out when the onions were fully cooked. I then deglazed the pot with beer. Once that was out of the way, I followed the reciped to the letter. I put leftover Christmas ham to use! Thanks for the recipe -- I will use this one again and again!

Tropical Pork Chops

I doubled the sauce and then halved it --marinated the chops in 1/2 of the sauce and grilled them. The other half of the sauce, I cooked down and used to put over them afterwards. I would recommend bone in chops everytime because otherwise they get to dry and tough. Great recipe -- not too sweet but still something different!

Banana Banana Bread

EXCELLENT! I didn't have enough bananas on hand, so used some vanilla yogurt to keep it moist. it was absolutely delicious and moist for days and received rave reviews even three days later! I am making it again tonight!

Artichoke Crab Dip

Recipe was a good foundation, and then I added extra lump crab meat, some well cooked bacon bits, parsley, the juice of one whole lemon and a handful of both mozzarella and cheddar cheese. I served the dip with sea salt bagel chips. It was a huge hit!
