I went from cooking for a family of four growing up to cooking for one when I moved out and then for 2 or more again when I got married. I've loved every moment of it! My favorite dishes to make are enchiladas, steamed chicken, and chicken stir fry. Favorite desserts include cheesecake, pumpking surprise and cookies.
