Chive-Cheese Corn Bread
loved this, used our chives from our garden. used reduced fat cheddar with no problems, still had a nice taste/texture.

Eileen's Meatloaf
very moist, used 1/2 turkey, 1/2 beef. good results. cannot wait for cold meatloaf sandwiches!

Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers
very messy...knew I should add a binder but didn't....like to try recipe as is. Really need something to stick it all together. oKay but needs a fix.
