Rockin' Salsa
Great tasting salsa! However, it is way too mild for my crowd so I add lots more cayenne and hot diced peppers (jalapeno, sarento) and hot sauce (Franks or Tabasco).

Mahogany Chicken Wings
Made these instead of hot wings because one of my guests can't eat spicy food. Easy and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and everyone raved.
