Delicious recipe, reminded me a lot of my mother's recipe I used to bake as a teenager and haven't made a great pound cake like this in at least 25 years. Thank you for posting your recipe. My oven runs a bit hot, so I had to bake a second batter and kept a closer look after an hour.

Molasses Raisin Muffins

Surprise Cake

Almost Eggless Egg Salad

I loved it! I didn't have all the ingredients (celery & onion), but it tasted great just the same. I am not a huge egg salad fan, because I don't like the taste of the yolk and tofu as a substitute gives me the testure of egg but without the yolk taste. Thank you!
