This is by far the best recipe for quiche. It is DELICIOUS!!. My hat goes off to Clark for this one. He must be quite handy in the kitchen too, because his 15 min. prep time took me 1-1/2 hours. LOL BUT, it was worth every minute.
Since I carry this to personal gatherings, I do use my own quiche pie pans and a ready made crust I roll out and form in the dish, but I would change nothing else. I have received the nicest and sweetest compliments every time I serve this dish.
