I LOVE to cook!! My kitchen is tiny, but I make do and can actaully come up with some really good stuff. If I tell someone I'm cooking, they ask what time they should come over. LOL This is a hard one... I love to cook so many things. I guess this would depend on my mood. I really like using fresh veggies and fruits. Canned food is quick and will do in a pinch, but if you can take that extra few minutes to chop up your own goodies, it's the best way to go. The textures are so much better too. Thanksgiving and Christmas. I love to cook these meals. It brings family and friends together for memories to be shared for years to come. It gives you time to reflect on what is really important too. Pulling together a meal, any meal, for 12 in a one butt kitchen. It's 6 x 8 and the stove cooks more on the outside of the oven than in... NOTHING is ever baked in August. LOL Burning $40 of steaks on the grill. I get distracted easily and have done this more than once. HAHAHA
