Making a pistachio desert we call the Green Stuff at Christmas time. Also making psole with my mom.
My cooking triumphs
My first year away from home I made Thanksgiving dinner with the works. I even roasted a turkey. It all turned out beautifully, which was surprising to me.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make beef stew for the first time and while the meat was cooked, nothing else was. Plus it scorched alot along the way. Bummer!!
