Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
Wonderful! I used lasagna noodles that were "no pre-boil" and didn't add any of the broth. Just make sure you cover the noodles with sauce so they cook! Instead of the broth, I did just add a bit of the juice from the marinated artichokes. It worked great! Both the kids loved it too.

Cheddar Cabbage Casserole
Most of the family liked it. My youngest wasn't fond of it, but she doesn't go for "slop" ;) The only thing I did different is used colby jack because that is our favorite kind of cheese. Next time I will probably at least add some garlic powder to it.

Cheesy Macaroni and Beef Casserole with Thyme
My family always enjoys this...but with some changes added. I upped the amount of beef to a pound. I added garlic to the beef mixture while browning it. A LOT more Worcestershire sauce and mustard. The mustard is the white wine mustard. Doubled the pepper and thyme...well more like tripled. Lots more cheese and a mix of sharp cheddar and colby jack. The flour mixture is always fine with me. We have made it both with and without tomatoes...the tomatoes give the casserole just a little bit more.
