Garlic Prime Rib
I followed this recipe to the letter and the result was absolutely the best tasting most perfectly done piece of meat my family has ever had. The seasoning and roasting times were absolutely right on the money. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Grilled Chicken with Mango-Riesling Marinade
Followed recipe exactly. Chicken was moist but we were disappointed in the flavor. Expected more mango flavor or at least a slight sweetness from the mango and it just wasn't there although the mango itself was very sweet. There was a slight bitterness although we used a quality riesling as well. We'll use the leftover marinade as a salad dressing with a veggie/fruit salad, but wouldn't make it again .

Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad
Delish! The best way to get any "crust" to stick is to flour the chicken/fish-whatever first, then dip into your liquid mix (eggs, dressing, etc), then coat with nuts/breading or whatever. The flouring first is the trick.
