Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
The sauce was excellent. I may have used a bad cut of meat... but my roast ended up rather dry and tough. I checked it every hour but the meat never seemed tender so I kept it in the cooker. After about 4.5 hours on high... I finally served it and again, the meat was rather dry, tough and tasteless. The sauce really saved the meal.
