I get rave reviews whenever I prepare this for a potluck event. Excellent dish!

Very simple to prepare. Well received by hubby and 6 year old son. Did not bread to avoid "soggyness" complaints. Used breast tenderloins and cooked for less than 1 hour - removed cover towards the end of baking. Added small can of pineapple rings with own juice (with sauce, prior to baking) to remedy the "too sweet" complaint. Turned out great. Served w/ rice and veggies.

The sauce was excellent. I may have used a bad cut of meat... but my roast ended up rather dry and tough. I checked it every hour but the meat never seemed tender so I kept it in the cooker. After about 4.5 hours on high... I finally served it and again, the meat was rather dry, tough and tasteless. The sauce really saved the meal.
