Butternut Squash Bisque
This is an amazing recipe!!! The carrots give this dish give a sweetness that's perfect. Be sure to let the carrots cook thoroughly, I had lumps because I was too anxious :) I used chicken stock instead of the vegetable stock and I think that was a great but not necessary substitution. Loved it!

This dish was wonderful and would be great for entertaining. It took a bit more time than I thought it would but worth it!

Grandma's Peach French Toast
My initial thought that this would be like a caserole-type dish is incorrect. I also didn't have enough eggs for the recipe so I had to make a second batch.
