Tomato-Topped Sole

This is an exceptional recipe. Our church has an annual Palm Sunday Fish Dinner, and this year we used this recipe to feed 260 people!!! The only thing I do differently, I use a small amount of sugar to caramalize the onions, and I use a seasoned salt, but salt and pepper are fine. It received rave reviews from all the people at my church, and they are tough to please. We have already been asked to make it again for next year!! Thanks for a terrific recipe!!

Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad

This is very good, however, I am Greek, and I would never put canned ripe olives in a Greek recipe. Use kalamata olives and you only need about 1/4 cup chopped, it adds great flavor without overpowering the dish. I would also add more feta cheese and omit the salt. I added some fresh herbs, basil, oregano, parsley (dried would be fine, either Italian seasoning or individual herbs). We loved this recipe, but with the changes I made.

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

Exceptional good, I use fresh spinach usually, pepper, some Italian seasoning and worstershire sauce! I have made it following the recipe as written and it is very good just like that, but we like a little extra flavor. Thank you for the recipe!

Chicken Piccata with Artichoke Hearts

Very good flavor, but don't add any of the liquid from the capers or the artichokes hearts. First of all, it is too salty, and secondly, it will make way too much sauce and be too thin. Great meal for company as well....

Excellent recipe, did 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1/2 cup oil, as suggested by others. Very good recipe, will try raisins and nuts next time! thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe!

Cocktail Meatballs I

Excellent! The only change I made was to bake the meatballs instead of frying and I used 90% ground beef and baked on foil lined cookie sheets. To the sauce I added dry mustard and a little chili powder, but just a little! Delicious!!!
