Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
If I could give these 10 stars I would. I'm making a double batch tomorrow to freeze. I strongly suggest following Kelly's tips for keeping the burgers from falling apart!

Soft Onion Sandwich Rolls
These were absolutely delicious. Just like the onion rolls from the local bakery that I love. I'll make them again and again! Oh...as a couple of other reviewers have said, they were pretty dry as made originally. I ended up added a few extra T of water while they were still in the stand mixer to get the dough to a better consistency. (I don't use bread machines).

Jo's Rosemary Bread
I'm now making my fourth batch of this in 2 weeks. I make it into short "baguette" type loaves and use it for subs. It's perfect. I'm a little afraid of overpowering with rosemary so I add less than a full T. Going to try experimenting with some different herbs next time. YUM.
