Thunderbird Stew
Very yummy, very easy-I used almost 3 lbs meat, and added a bag of frozen carrots & potatoes. Cut up an onion and tossed that in too. I increased the apple juice, added a half cup water, and used 2 packets of brown gravy mix. Very tasty over mashed potatoes. Whole family loved this dish!!

Stuffed Mushrooms I
These were ok, took to a gathering and everyone loved them but I thought the greasiness ruined em for me.

Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
I am not a fan of bacon wrapped but these were yummy. The trick is to not wrap the whole chicken pieces(I used thighs only) I cut the bacon in half and draped one or two halves over each thigh, thus allowing the bacon to be crispy, not soggy. I also added carrots. Turned out yummy.
