This is super quick and easy recipe! We loved it. I made this ahead of time for my family and instead of mixing the noodles with soup sauce, I mixed the soup mix right into the hambuger. My husband cooked the noodles when he got home and then mixed everything together. It was a big hit. Next time as others suggested, I will cut the cream cheese in half.

Anything with blue cheese,spinach and bacon is bound to be delicious and this dish was! I chopped up a red onion and cooked it in some of the bacon grease and added it to the mixture as well. Others reviews thought the blue cheese was overpowering but we didn't think so at all, it was AWESOME! The only thing I would do differently next time is make some type of sauce to drizzle over it

AWESOME! This was the best beef stew ever! My husband loved it! I followed the reciped exactly...would not change a thing!
