This was good. Very easy, but next time I will change a few things. I would use less butter, maybe cut it down to 2 or 3 tbsp, and I would top it with some kind of streusel. I mixed a little bit of cinnamon with the sugar to go on top and it was a nice flavor. I used all blueberries, and I actually think I may have used a little too much because the ratio of cake to fruit was a little off, but delicious none the less. I cooked mine for 50 minutes exactly and it came out perfectly brown--my favorite part is that the edge of the cobbler was all caramelized and crispy... soo good!
